Semiconductor Parameters Database
The most common semiconductor parameters are gathered here (some of about 80 parameters).
Data extracted from the database used in Solis and which currently includes 30 semiconductors.
This database will be enriched with more parameters, more materials, and updates to state-of-the-art values.
The design of this database as well as the C code to handle it will be on my github repository soon. This C code will be provided under the MIT open-source license.

Eg [eV]: energy bandgap
χ [eV]: electronic affinity
NC [cm-3]: density of states in the conduction band
NV [cm-3]: density of states in the valence band
εr: relative permittivity
β [cm3/s]: radiative recombination coefficient
Cn [cm6/s]: Auger recombination coefficient for electrons
Cn [cm6/s]: Auger recombination coefficient for holes
μn [cm2/Vs]: electron mobility
μp [cm2/Vs]: hole mobility
k: extinction coefficient at an energy of 2 × Eg (related to the absorption coefficient: α = 4πk/λ)
